CELL C *****ING MY MINUTES BE CAREFUL OF THESE *******

Yesterday, I upgraded my phone and I got Pro Rata Data and Pro Rata Minutes and Pro Rata SMS's, the thing is it seems Cell C takes your minutes DESPITE connecting to WiFi, as my 48 pro rata minutes i had have vanished, only to see now, when you do Wi Fi calling (Meaning I AM CONNECTING TO A WI FI ROUTER THAT HAS ******ALL TO DO WITH CELL C) I am using Minutes, thereby Cell C seems to have ****** my 48 pro rata minutes and I am now *****ed until the end of the month.

I find this really really pathetic, with my S8+, I was able to do Wi Fi calling or Data calling or whatever I felt like.

You are so quick to shove **** off on your customers, YET YOU ARE SO UNBELIEVABLY INCAPABLE OF EXPLAINING HOW YOU ARE NAILING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

This now has been the final **** from you, mark my word I WILL NEVER SUGGEST A CELL C CONTRACT TO ANYONE AND WILL DEFINITELY NEVER EVER AGAIN TAKE OUT A CONTRACT FROM YOU.
