Cell C *****ing my data
Cell C *****ing my money and you get no joy when phoning the call centre. I bought 1 gig data for R149 that is valid for 30days. I then shared 500mb of that data to my wife. She then got a SMS to say she must use the 500mb in 7 days. That is not what I paid for I paid for 30 days. Now where if you share data does it inform you that when you share data is it only for 7 days.

10 Oct 2018, 10:45Worst company to deal with no customer satisfaction or trying to help their customers. Poor poor poor. Put your terms and conditions on the *147# service. People can't log onto your website everything before a transaction. This is data I paid for. I want my data back
