Cell C *****ing my airtime

Cell C has been *****ing my airtime!

I partake in online surveys and I get compensated with airtime and for the past 3 times the company sent me airtime it did not reflect in my account. I receive an sms confirming that my account has been recharged but when I check there is no airtime in my account. I can not make any calls or send sms's and the airtime never reflects in my account. Twice I was sent R40 airtime and once I was sent R20 airtime and I received NOTHING!! THEY STOLE A TOTAL OF R100 FROM ME AND I WANT IT BAC****

I did speak to someone and he explained the situation to me. He did say that he would load airtime on my number to check if the problem still persists, so I am still waiting on that. Thanx
