cell c *****ing money from me.

Where to start with the pathetic supplier.<br> <br> I have always supported MTN but chose to try cell c for a data contract, worst mistake ever.<br> <br> 3-4 months into the contract I got a huge account, was simply told there was no limit and I had to pay which I did and requested a limit at cape gate store.<br> <br> now months and months later I get a 2000 bill for over usage. Cell c store manager told me its not her problem the limit wasn't set and its my problem. I then phone regional office to dispute bill was given ref - Zakia ***. However never got the promised call back. This morning to my horror 2000 has being taken out my account which I had to go all the way to the bank to reverse. Pathetic network!!!! I hate cell c and this bill better be taken care of and dissapear soon or I will take this even further. I also have the emails to and from the store manager and want action taken against her.
