Cell C *****ing from people then refuse to help

So still to date you guys haven't even bothered to sort out the double debit on my account nore the *****ing that went on in your Hillcrest store. So sad that such a big company can ***** from people who don't have much. I'm now going to stop paying the debit order, you can ***** from me, I just won't pay. I have provided you guys with an email address, 2 ID numbers, I have phoned in and the reality is no one cares. Like I said unless you have a lot of money for lawyers fees or know someone high up in cell c are you only then prepared to help someone with whom you have ****** from. I will be seeking legal advice and advise anyone else who cell c has ****** to stop paying there contracts, keep all the evidence of how cell c would not stop *****ing and when they hand you over take all this info to court with you. The only phone call I have received from cell cis them trying to make me take out another contract. I also have a recorded call from cell c where I was assured this would never happen again and if it did cell c would sort it out but you guys just don't care.
