Cell c *****ing from me

Cell c is busy taking my money from my bank account. And I don't owe them last month I had to visit my bank nd reverse the money, they've done it again and took R5124.00 Imagine. Tried to call them last month they took my details the team leader was supposed to contact me but no one did.
