Cell C - *****ing From Consumers by Ignoring Cancellations of Contracts!

I have recently moved into a duplex that was occupied by a tenant who has a C-Fibre contract with Cell C. I have been unable to connect the line to my ISP as Cell C ignores all the requests from the previous tenant to cancel the line and transfer it to his new address since February. I have been sent proof of the numerous requests sent and acknowledgment of receipt from Cell C as well as confirmation from Cell C that they will attend to the matter. I have had my cell phone contracts with Cell C since 2005 and considered using them for as Fibre ISP but after this total lack of service from a company that I am these days embarrassed to say I used to work for. Not a chance!!!! Please take note Cell C that as each day goes by my claim against you for loss of income due to your incompetence and breach of your own terms & conditions regarding cancellation of contracts just grows larger.
