Cell C *****ing from a Pensioner.

I am Disgusted in Cell C, for over a year now my Gran has been fighting about debit orders for a contract she never signed up for, we have been phoning and going into store constantly and getting nowhere, The staff in-store say there is nothing that they can do and has to be done by customer care and then customer care says it has to be done in-store, NO-ONE WANTS TO HELP. We have asked for copies of the supposed signed contract but no-one can present this. Today another two new debit orders where taken off which were never agreed too. Cell C is *****ing from a poor pensioner who can not afford this and refusing to do anything to rectify this.
