CELL C - *****ing everyone's Airtime,the airtime just vanishes!!!!!

CELL C *****ING MY AIRTIME!!!

I am sick and tired of cell - robbing me from my airtime.I bought a whatoutsout bundle and had R120 airtime on my phone plus free minutes.

Yestterday when i checkeed my phone,my airtime was on sero balance and i know i couldnt have called R120.00 airtime out.

The las time i called them they told me about smart phones taking airtime while apps are open.I would liek cell ce to refund me back my R120.00 airtime that they just stole.They are a bunch of ******* and need to closed down as a cellular network.... I want feedback on this as i will escalate this to the hightest possible ways.Im sick and tired of just watching you ***** my money and i am sure their are alot of other clients that this is happening too.
