Cell C *****ing

In September I handed in my late fathers death certificate to cancel his Cell C contracts, only for them to cancel my existing Cell C contract without notification in November. After several visits to their offices and 4 days later I managed to get reconnected. Only to discover in December that they want to charge me cancelation fee of R3283.87 and they put me on a NEW more expensive contract for which I have not signed or got a phone. I notified the office of Cell C mistake and they assured me that it was rectified only to discover month end that Cell C debited my account with these wrong amounts. Went back to the office, tried to sort it out again, got reference numbers, they tell that someone will phone me within 48 hours, nobody makes contact. Emailed customer service - same thing - nobody contacts me. Meanwhile I received another sms debit notification with incorrect amount.
