Cell C *****ing data from clients!!!!

Cell C is *****ed up!! Waiting a month to get my data validation! They have no idea what is happening and keeps lying to me the client!! They dont care about the client!!! *****ing data from us and cant send my data validation!! We have to call them and follow up! And still nothing gets sorted out!!! The managers are never available to speak to! Why if they have nothing to hide not just send me my data validation!! My data is being used at 23:00 night!!! Which is ********!!!! I put my phone on flight mode at night when i go to sleep at 21:00!!! They are *****ing from me!!!!! So what do i do????? Me the client!!! When we try to follow up they say that Durban staff is in a internal function!!! ***?????? They dont phone back, why because they dont care!!!! And partying is more important!!!!! Crazy!!!
