Cell c *****ing clients money

Cancelled my cell c contract in September but they are still debiting my account. Just called the call centre and they said that they sent me an email saying that they have cancelled the contract but they can't tell u which email address they used. Last month a manager called Thasveer Devnath said it was logged and he will follow up. Yet to received a call from him. Call centre need a revamp with staff that that can write down numbers.
