Cell C - *****ing by giving you

I received the worst resolution to my request with Cell c. In March 2018 they upgraded my contract and according to their consultant, the benefits will be effective immediately. In April, I received even less than my old contract data for both day & night package. In May, same thing as April. I then called them & from one consultant to another I was transferred and each time I have to start the story from scratch. When they eventually listened to the call recordings & found that they were in fact short loading my data and they will fix this. They only gave me back 6 Gig on the night surfer and nothing on the anytime data.

I called back and again started the whirlwind of trying to explain my issue. At this point I'm beyond frustrated and out of patience. The last consultant that I spoke to ask me for reference number even though they have all my details in front of them. Needless to say that he didn't call me back or that my query is still hanging because 'There's nothing he can do, it's an outside contractor'. While Cell C is getting enriched my few cents is beyond the worst kind of service that I have even encountered. & They have a audacity to pass on the blame to a 3rd party that I had no idea existed because as far as I know, I have a contract with Cell C and that's what all the documentation I have with them states.

Are they hoping that I will let this go and have them deduct my money for the 24 months, I refuse to.

What's worse??? Their monthly statement comes in a format that I can't open from either my phone or laptop. I guess this is so that they can overcharge and ***** from innocent people without noticing.

A glorified way to ***** from people, that's what Cell C is doing!!!!
