Cell C *****ing airtime and data!

Cell C has been *****ing my airtime since I changed my service from Vodacom. I thought it was just me, until three days ago i recharged my phone with a hundred rand and it became 60 rand after just an hour. My data was off, and I DID NOT use it! Two days later I checked my balance and it was zero! I am getting very angry and frustrated because they have probably ****** more than 1000 rand during the time I have been with them. This service is so so bad and I want my money back. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
