Cell C - Stay away from them

Good Day,

I Have been a CellC Customer for as long as I can remember but over the last couple of years I have received nothing but **** poor service from this service provider.

My account is constantly in default and being handed over to attorneys when the account is paid up to date.

When calling the Call Centre to have issues resolved they never assist me. They also say they can not hear me or drops the calls. When sending emails it takes them forever to get back to me to assist with my queries.

My current statement reflects failed debit order penalties on my account however my debit order was processed on the correct date with sufficient funds in my account. My current statement does not reflect any arrears on my account yet the accounts/collections department claims that there is an outstanding amount since November 2023.

I would highly recommend that anyone on this network move over to another service provider. Anyone planning on getting a contract with them I would strongly advise against it as you will have constant issues with network, services and incorrect accounts
