Cell C stands for *****!

I am extremely upset writing this...

I settled a Cell c contract on the 12 January 2017, 6 months later I get a random Cell c debit order and called in, the consultants told me that the final premium end of January did not come off because the account picked up a credit balance, this was over a R 100 and odd.

I disputed this debit order as i did not know why until i called in, the amount is now R600 outstanding - i called in and spoke to Nokwasi (from billing) and she advised me the account was still active.

What i cant seem to understand is that i called in and requested a settlement to be sent to me and the settlement was paid a few days later yet i am being billed for contract that no longer exist.

Non of this Cell c consultants is even bothered to understand even though they admit there was a settlement balance. I beg everyone to stay away from this network, this not the first time its happening. They are a money making scheme.
