CELL C - STAFF SERVICE IS HORRIFIC!!!!!!!!

I would just like to give the worst review I can regards to Cell C.

I had to phone them a month before my contract ended to block the number for the old contract, they went complete opposite and blocked my new number on my new contract.

I tried calling the Cancellation Department, and ALL of them is APPARENTLY in a meeting, no one can solve my problem. I am waiting 2 hours as they asked to solve my query and get no returned phone call.

I spoke to a LEBO gentlemen who made this false promises, they want me to buy a new simcard, get it rika, and pay for their mistake!!! and MAKE TIME to go into the brach to fix their ***** ups!

DON'T EVER GET A CELL C CONTRACT!!! THEY PROMISE SUCH GOOD DEALS AND CHEAP CONTRACT TO GET YOUR ATTENTION, BUT THEIR SERVICE AND AFTERSALES, BASICALLY ANY DEPARTMENT IS USELESS!!! SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!!

I will tell EVERYONE I know NOT TO USE YOUR SERVICE!

I WILL CHANGE OVER TO ANOTHER NETWORK, BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE NOT CUSTOMER CARE FRIENDLY!!!
