Cell C staff messed up Upgrade pricing Due to staff member not being there??

<p>I have had 3 contracts with cell c I now have two due to the fact that cell c messed up my upgrade. Now I’m due for an upgrade on my other contract and when calling the upgrades department today I wanted to know about a phone and price on a open line. I then told her I would get back to her. 5 minutes later I called back and wanted to take the phone I asked about, now the price changed, I spoke to another lady, she tells me the lady I spoke to was not at work yesterday and price changes, how are the staff not informed about price change, that should have been on the system. It’s not my problem someone was not at work the staff should know this. They never cared that they messed up with price and when I told them that, they offered no solution. I am so fed up and thinking of ending this contact as well. I don’t know why I keep trying with you guys. </p>
