Cell C staff failed to do their jobs properly
Poor service delivery at cell c newtown junction and rosebank mall. I have been waiting for two months for my phone to be repaired and only to find that the phone was sitting at the back of store and has not been booked in for repairs. THE NEWTOWN JUNCTION STAFF was not helpful at all, their ***********, you have to remind them how to do their work properly.

Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
It is disappointing to learn the above and certainly not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers.
This will be addressed with the store manager to have this kind of behavior rectified.
