Cell c *********** staff enough already my contract ended!!!!!!!!!

My contract phone got ****** late last year so since then I haven't been using my cell c number. The contract was ending soon so I paid until the 24th month of the contract which was end of February 2024. I even contacted them and they confirmed as of the 1st of March 2024 my contract ended. End of March 2024 they start with bs and charge me R470 the same amount I was paying the contract mind you that includes the device that's already been paid for and some made up fees. Then I go to my bank to have the debit order cancelled and my money returned. I was then told I can't cancel the debit order I'll have to take the matter with cell c which I did. I wrote an email and I attached the very statements that they sent me showing the 24 month contract is ended, the outstanding is 0 but I still had to pay R470 how could this be I asked them. The response came back saying my matter is escalated to their cancellation department and so I wait for them to respond, ao come month end of April they debit R 700+ from my account went to the bank to return my money and send them statements again. Got the same bs response saying the matter is escalated to the cancellation department. Come month end of May they debit R900+ from my account. I've had it with efen cell c company where do I report them?
