Cell C staff are pathetic and lazy
I have been trying to change my banking details with Cell C for the last 2 weeks almost. Everything I log a query for it, I get an email the next day saying we tried contacting you and we cant get hold of you, call closed. They have never tried calling me. I have zero miss calls from Cell c, year every two days I log a quarry for it and every 2 days I get the same message. Its almost like staff there have zero interest in work. No wonder they going bust. I think its time to ditch them also like every other customer they had.
