CELL C STAFF ARE ***********

I’ve viewed my billing statement and for the past 2 debit orders CELL C has been taking R181.99 in April and R339.00 in May . I can’t understand because April and May should have been R157.84 as per the normal price .I canceled on the 11.04.2023 my debit order is 15th of each month hence I called in on the 11th of April at 08:28 to cancel my contract and migrate to prepaid . I spoke to plenty of *********** staff like Thando on the 25.05.2023 and Usimpileh on the 26.05.2023 who have said they will escalate for the call recording and like always I didn’t get a call however I got an sms today stating that I’m cancelling today and the request to migrate was requested today as well the 26.05.2023 when I canceled in april . On the 2nd of May i received another sms stating that my monthly bill limit has been changed successfully and I didn’t request for this to changed . WHO IS MESSING WITH MY PROFILE AND CHANGING THINGS WITHOUT MY CONSENT . CELL IS A SAMMER AND OUT HERE TO ROB PEOPLE . I want my refund on the additional amounts Cell C took without my consent and explained to me why my cancellation request was not submitted in April and only today !!!!!!!!
