Cell C staff

Hi, I use Cell C for my Wi-Fi router. I have lost my data with regards to bundle rol*****. I was **** to my staff at CellC at Somerset Mall. I was told I could do rol***** 3 days before the time. When I contacted call centre I was told it has to be 5 days before the time. As a pensioner I try to be careful with my data , now I have lost my rol***** because not told the truth. I was also assisted by an unhelpful customer service agent. Please, please be aware when doing this,, that you are told the truth
