Cell C Springs Mall: Not Applicable!!!
How is it posible that you can't open a contract by cell c because you have nothing on you name. I pay my Medical Aid for almost one year now with a gym contract, and I still don't qualify for the Data contract that I am looking for. Then they tell me that I can open a small contract and aafter 3 months I can open the one that I want. Why do I want two contracts on my name. I only want the one data contract and how am I supposed to open the contract if their not even willing to help. This is the worst service experience I have ever had in my life.

We have requested one of our team members to contact you and provide clarity. Paying your medical aid for almost a year does not necessarily mean that you qualify for a contract, there is a process which must be adhered.
