Cell C sorted e out........eventually

Cell C Eventually got back to me (co-incidently (i think not!!) the morning after my review on Hello Peter first appeared) So thank you to Moses who re-activated my service BUT they definitely need to look at their Customer Service department - to wait 2.5 weeks to respond to a client complaint is just not on - they need to hire and train their staff members and act on customer complaints immediately. So eventually I got my service reactivated but it was with huge frustration from my side. If I hadn't written a complaint to Hello Peter, would I still be sitting here with a suspended service? Probably.
