Cell C sold me a broken phone!
I am so angry with Cell C, I bought an iPhone 15plus from them, it was delivered last week Wednesday, They sold me a phone that has a charging fault, I thought that maybe that was the charging style until I reported the matter to them only for them to tell me that they need to book the phone in for repairs for 21 days. They sold me a broken phone and they are now telling me to wait for 21 days to repair a phone that I did not break. They don't even even care to correct their mistake and send me a new device or maybe send me a phone to use while this broken one is gone for repairs but they want me to wait for a phone I didn't break. I am so hurt, I am never buying anything from them!!

29 Feb 2024, 16:07I don't have a repair reference number because I have not sent the phone back to Cell C , if I send it back I will not have another phone to use and I cannot afford 21 days without a phone hence I don't understand how is this my problem, why does it have to be me that suffers the consequences of your negligence. how do you even send a phone to me without checking it? I don't know what my contract number is, I am reachable on ***!!
