Cell C soft soaping or empty promises????
After complaining on this platform and other as well, I eventually got someone to assist. I was grateful, but it did not last. On Cell C's recommendation I did upgrade my one contract. I was told to buy my own sim card and phone in to do the sim swop, I did. Still no modem received, 2 staff members promised to call right back - Still waiting after 2 days.
Was this soft soaping to withdraw ICASA or just empty promises again?
