Cell c so unprofessional

My sister did a upgrade with cell c 3 weeks ago and up until today she hasn't received the phone. They are so unprofessional because she is the one calling them every day to do a follow up, they don't even bother to call her and update. The sad thing is that she paid for a phone that she is still waiting for, this is really annoying because they can't even change a phone for her she needs to wait for something that she doesn't know when it will be available. Can cell c sorted out this issue because this is so unprofessional and bad for business
