Cell C so disappointing....

I have a data contract with Cell C - never miss my payments as this is on debit order.......but .....i cannot use my data... i called Cell C multiple times last week, had calls logged, called back and had them flagged and told AGAIN i will be called back....but still nothing. when i called them they said due to cell c data services being moved to vodacom for beter tower coverage...(not sure why ....as no one informed me as a customer...) this caused some issue where the data customers are having issues

now im sitting with them happily still taking moneys from my account ......which they are really fast to do.....but no service delivery for this...

how does this work....is this not breach of contract from their side??

all that happens now when calling in is being transferred from one department to another - ending in technical and them informing we flagged your call wait for them to call you back...which never happens....

what am i to do?
