Cell C sleeping on the Job

I app**** for a Note 10, R799 p/m. I was rejected. (i think this was on the 9th September, at 10am, Golden Acre) The issue was that Cell C could not tell me why. The lady helping me was also confused. I really wanted the phone. Cell C, i wanted you to have my R800 p/m, while that sounds funny, will your company even be around in 24 months when my current new contract (elsewhere) expires? Perhaps we will just forget you existed.

While anyone can be rejected, my payslip, credit score and general history suggests that I can easily afford it. if theres a valid reason for rejection, then tell me what it is, dont waste my time.

In a market where Cell Phone providers are struggling to get users on Contract, where each provider desperately wants you as a customer. Cell C; what are you doing??? What kind of kamikaze process is this?

Its too late now; Telkom already provided me with a phone.
