Cell C simswap useless
So disappointed with Cell C I wonder whats the purpose of this RICA this if we have to go through such difficulties when we have lost our sim cards.
I tried doing the simswap onlile but when asking the security questions they said I have faile suggested that i go to the Cell C shop as if i was gonna be help. I then went to Rosebank the gus there aske for 5 numbers that i have called within a month i gave him the numbers for all my sons and relatives that I frequently call but only one passed. These days we use WhatsApp calls a month can go without airtime calls. Why are we suffocated then. Going to Rosebank was a waste of time and money. They told me that my ID is useless but why do we RICA? I have never encounter such difficulties in doing simswas.
Why dont you tell us from the beginning to keep records of all these things. We cant be memorising all these useless questions😞 So disappointed!
