Cell C simswap
Hi, i lost my cell phone on the 19th of May 2018. Now ive been trying to make a sim swap. I tried 3 times doing a sim swap and have never been successful. how can they ask the last dialed number when obviously sometimes we cant remember because we usually borrow people to call who ever they need to from our mobiles????? How ist possible to know the number?? Then they asked me a frequently dialed number, i offered 3 numbers i usually call. they refused. Im so dissapointed

We have requested one of our team members to assist with the SIM swap, alternatively, you can visit your nearest Cell C store, bring along your proof of address and identity document. If the SIM card is not RICA registered under your name then you must bring an affidavit.
