cell c sim swop useless
i want to do a sim swop but they wont allow me to because i dont know the last 5 numbers i dailed last year august i did a sim swop at festival mall without any problems and now i cant at east rand mall because they cant verify the last 5numbers
im a salesman and make alot of calls every day 99% of them i dont know or save
if you dont have the phone to look or anything how are you supposed to get your number back i have been with cell c for more than 5 years and this is how your employees treat your customers

04 Aug 2020, 13:32it doesnt help if the person doesnt have the phone or anything if the person with their id and their proof of residence and business cards with the number on how much proof do you want as there is no alternative to do the sim swop and then you get attitude at the branch as well from the management
