Cell C Sim swop policies unreasonable
Had to do a sim swop as my phone fell and the sim broke aswell, and could only afford a new phone weeks after, and when requesting a sim swop had to answer questions no one can remember weeks after, the questions are completely unreasonable questions, i really needed that number back lost loads of business during the time i thought i could do a sim swop but now i really dislike the operator as a whole,
