Cell C - Sim Swop - FAILED

Good day,

I need to do a simswop, stay 200km from the nearest store. Phoned in to try to do it, refused to assist due to them saying number hasn't been used in 60 days and security checks blocked ***?

I pay the number each month, think i can probably do a simswop on my own number.
