Cell C Sim Swap Service Very VERY bad!!
So I went to Liberty Midlands mall to do a sim swap which was successful, however, the person doing it punched in the incorrect no when Rica was done. I was even told SIM card swap costs R36 which I paid.
When we put the some card into the phone, a different no obviously came up because of just 1 no missed. I now went to Pavilion shop and they told me it’s R11 and on top of that they couldn’t help!! I am so angry right cos this no belongs to my daughter who needs it for school work
