Cell C sim swap problems
I went to a Cell C shop in Kenaka Mall i tried to do a sim swap since my device was ****** with my cell c sim card in i had my Id proof of adress al those things which u require to do a sim swap the employee at cell c shop started asking security questions i couldnt answer all of them right because i dont remember all the last 5 dailed numbers they told me there is no way i can do a sim swap without answering everything right.How is it that they didnt even want to use my proof of adress and id as evidence that i did own that number this is realy bad

28 Jan 2020, 23:56My phone was ****** my number was *** i understand the security but there must be some way around this so that cell c and there customers stay happy it cant only be security questions something els needs to be done here some backup code for each customer or something this frustrates me realy!! Because im not a fruadster im a cell c customer or was one ........
