Cell C sim swap nightmare

My girlfriends phone was ****** at the mall We went to cell c to get a new Sim and they refused to sell us an unrecered one knowing we would just do a sim swap over the customer service line

We eventually got a sim and call them there customer service line was appalling and no help They asked security questions and my gf couldn't tell who she had last called because she what's app calls alot

So they refused to do her sim swap till she goes into the store

Which she then did and they asked her the same question even though the account holder was present with ID and proof of residence

They still refused to give us service I will not be recommending cell c to anyone and I will go change my contract to vodacom

Cell c is an absolute pain there billing is only good when you owe them money but when they owe you you won't hear a peep

They are an appalling service and I urge everyone to stay far away
