Cell C SIM swap Nightmare

I'm not happy with how difficult it is to do a SIM SWAP with cell c. I lost my contacts and the SIM card was not getting the network. So I bought the a new SIM card and tried doing a sim SWAP through the call centre but I failed DUE to not having the numbers they want but other security questions were right. They refereed me to the branch of which I went and according to the system it is my number and the recharge dates and amount were correct but because of the numbers that I can't remember again was not helped.

There must be another way of doing this

Good Evening Tsietsi

Thank you for contacting Cell C regarding your SIM swap.

Kindly note that there is a mandatory 5 point security check that you need to pass to have the SIM swap processed.

The security check is in place to steer clear of ********** activities done through SIM swaps.

I understand that but there must be a difference when someone calls the call centre and when you are at the branch.
At the branch they have your details there with them there's no way it could be *****.

I don't wanna compare but the other number I have with MTN I never had such a hussle when I did a sim swap years back.
The same question you have on numbers they ask but if really you can't remember they will ask you another question related to your number or contract.
They are just not Rigid on the 5 point questions that you have.
