Cell C sim Swap dissapointment!
I fail to understand why I need to pay for a sim swap if your sim card is faulty. I have not had sufficient signal on my current sim card for over 6 months. I have tried multiple phones and can stand next to someone that is cell C, but still have no reception.

It is a charge that is app**** for processing a sim swap. You have the option of doing the sim swap at the store, or over the phone.
