Cell C sim swap complaint

I got ****** and lost my sim card. I tried to do a sim swap over the phone. The sim swap over the phone wasn't successful because I couldn't remember the last 3 phone numbers I dialed. They suggested that I have to go to the branch and they will help provided I produce my ID. The Clearwater branch failed to help because they required me to remember 5 last dialed contacts and airtime recharged. I fail to understand how can one remember all that information and I had gone to the branch with my ID to confirm that I'm the right owner for that sim card.
