Cell C Sim Swap Authentication Questions Are Absurd
Cell C Sim Swap process is very absurd and is costing you guys a lot of customers that are jumping ship and moving over to other networks.
I mean we have cell phones and we store alot of contacts in them , when we lose our devices how do you (Cell C) expect us to remember 5/ 3 numbers we dialed before we lost our pdones.
The Authentication questions are ****, why not be like pother networks and ask personal questions that a custom,e can really remember ie: the devices they have used with the number etc, not this **** lats few cell numbers I have called , NO!.
We dont have time to be goinmg to cell Shops do do this other networks are able to help us on the phone to do this.
