Cell C Sim Swap and Consultants
Cell C Customer Care is very useless, I went to the Cell C store in Kollonade yesterday to do a Sim Swap, and I was told to wait 4 hours before my Sim Card could be Activated, I have waited my 4 hours and my sim is still not working. I have called the Customer care consultants and none of them can help me, some of them just drop the call while you are speaking to them. This is very frustrating as I use my Number for business purposes. I am not about to leave my work early just to go into the store where they still won't be able to help me. Can Cell C do something about their procedures and teach their consultants cellphone etiquette?

This is really frustrating and is an inconvenience to my customers as they cannot reach me, this is doing damage to my business. Can we get this resolved ASAP?
