Cell C Sim swap an absolute nightmare stay away

I am appalled at cell c at at the terrible service to do a simply sim swap it has taken me 2 weeks to do a sim swap and each time there is a problem i have bought 4 sim cards and now they still cant help me my husband was involved in a bike accident and due to us having such difficulty to get a sim swap he needed to use someone elses after the 7th time now your processes are terrible we have answered your numbers over and over again and now been told i need to go to a cell c shop and need to pay them to do a sim swap which i was told was R120. i rerfuse to pay R120 for sim swap i am now fuming i will never refer some one to cell c again
