Cell C sim swap

I would say good day but its not, I'm so frustrated and annoyed by CELL C and its service thank , the morning of 20/06/2022 my phone was ****** at Rhodesfield Gautrain Station ,my phone was a dual sim, reported the matter to SAPS Norkem park, bought a new cell c sim card and called the cell c call center to assist with a sim swop for my number *** which I have been using for more than 10 years, was told that i failed the questions , I went to the cell c Greenstone branch worse service ever the 1st lady requested for my bank statement then i asked her for what? she couldn't answer me, the 2nd one at the service counter had the nerve to ask me why do i have a cell c sim card? as I told her I use unlimited data by Telkom wifi so never had the need to use mobile data so i don't know how much data i have, she looked that she didn't didn't even want to be at work this was on Friday 24/06/2022,I used *** from 2016 to 2018 on contract with Glocell, have done a sim swop before have the invoice also in 2015, and when my phone was ****** at Greenstone mall another sim swop was done and my replacement phone was delivered at work , the last recharge was March 2022 with R50, I have used the ussd to buy data using my cell c number with Mr Price numerous times, they even asked me about WhatsApp data bundle i don't even know what's that! i need my number back all verification codes from work get sent to that number, as we speak I have no access to my work emails due to this and since I don't have my number I cant work from home and I need to be working from home as my mother is not feeling well. Come to think of it every number should have a risk address and ID number linked to it as per FICA requirements, so proof of risk address and ID document should be enough to verify, even on true caller when you call the number it shows my name not anyone else Can someone senior assist urgently!!! I need to have access to my number everything is linked to this number SARS, Banks, School, medical aid, Mr Delivery, Uber etc
