Cell c sim swap

I'm really not happy with the level of service I'm receiving from you guys lately. Haven't been able to use my data sim and when I went to cell c woodmead yesturday I was told my sim was damaged. I took a new sim and I tried to sim swap last night ,most probably more than 30 times but I didn't win. I called this morning around 8 and spoke with a lady and told me my sim card would be fine by 4. Its after 4 and my sim card is still not fine. I've called cell c again to find out what the problem could, this time around I spoke with a gentleman called Tebogo and he confirmed that the sim swap I requested was not done . Im spending both my time and money to call the centre to rectify this issue and I still need to wait for another 4 hours to get this done. This is really not on.
