CELL C SIM SWAP

My name is Dorcas and I have had a Cell C number for over 4 years and recently my phone got ******. I have called to try and do a SIM Swap and have apparently failed their security questions and have gone into the store (with my ID, Police Affidavit and Proof of residence). this has also not helped and I still did not get my number back. I really need my number back, I'm currently unemployed and everywhere I have been applying for work they have that number and it would be a nightmare to try and go back and send them a new number.

when I was at the store in Northgate I was told that everything is correct and the only problem is that out of 5 numbers I had 3 numbers correct. most of the people I called in the month of June are Recruiters and their numbers where saved on my phone and I asked if they could change it to 2 months instead of only June and I will have all 5 numbers correct for recovery. that is all I ask.

I desperately need that number to be active today. My current number is *** and the Number I need back is ***
