Cell C sim cards are always faulty. Go to another provider.

My data sim card is not working anymore. I do not take the SIM card out of the router so the SIM card not working is not a problem I caused. I had the same issue last in August 2021. I was informed I need to do a sim swap. Last week I called Cell C of this issue with the SIM card and I was told I must do a sim swap and the SIM swap fee with be waived as this is not an issue on my side. Today I call Cell C and I'm told I will have to pay for the the SIM swap. Why must I pay when the issue is not on my side? I already paid in August. I can't be paying for faulty SIM cards. I won't pay. I am going to cancel my contract cause clearly you don't need my business.
