Cell C sim card

Cell Galleria mall Manager refused to sell me a Cell c sim card. I have 2 contracts with Cell C. One sim card lost a network and I needed to do a sim swap. Went to cell c Galleria for help, Mananger ask me to pay R150 rand to do sim swap at Cell C which I didnt have. I was advised to go buy a sim card at Pep or any other ratail shop. I went to more than 4 stores without getting a sim card as they only sell only rica sim cards sametime. If you dont Rica they cant sell it. Had to go back to same cell c store again to ask for help. The store manager refused to sell me a sim card! She was even happy to actual cancel my contracts instead of giving me a sim card! WOW!!! What a pathetic service I received from a young manager, so unprofessional and unhelpful. I struggled to get unricad sim card from other retailers and still she didn't want to help. I'm so disappointed!!!
