Cell C signal strength Die Wilgers, Pretoria

The Cell C signal has all but disappeared in the Die Wilgers area of Pretoria . It used to be excellent. When you complain they keep sending you sms messages to rate their service in solving the problem but all that they are doing is trying to close the file. They said they tried to call me and I did not answer. They did call - their sales department called with an unwanted upgrade offer so I ignored their calls.
